Your items will be stored in a locked room. There is no charge for this service. The hotel has free wireless Internet. Remember to bring extension cords and surge protectors.
Upon arrival
Exhibits will be in Salons 3&4. There will be signs to indicate your assigned table, and conference packets.
You may set up your display Sunday, 1:00- 5:00 P.M. or Monday, 7:00 AM. Break-down is Monday, 4:00 PM
Food
For those who plan to attend the Welcome Reception at Easton's Beach Ballroom and Carousel on Sunday night, the reception will begin at 6:00 P.M. and there is no charge for up to two exhibitors. Monday breakfast and lunch are free for exhibitors. If you would like to join us for the Monday cocktail hour with food, the cost is $60.00.
