Libraries in Balance:
Preserving our Roots, Growing our Future

Our theme was inspired by an article in Body & Soul by Andrew Lawler entitled, "Greener Hospitals." Soon after reading the article, Gary Hirshberg, CE-Yo, of Stoneyfield Yogurt spoke at Bryant University. He spoke about his new book, Stirring It Up: How to Make Money and Save the World and how companies can help save the planet while achieving greater profits, and how consumers can use the power of conscious consumption to encourage "green" corporate and personal behavior.
