Exhibits should arrive no more than four days ahead of the conference. Your items will be stored in a locked room. There is no charge for this service. The following information should be included on any containers you ship to the resort:

--Company Name
--Title of Event
--Date of Event
--Name and phone number of resort guest and arrival date

 
Exhibit day is Monday, October 26, 2009 in the State of Maine Hall on the lower level of the hotel.  You may set up your display Sunday, 1:00- 5:00 p.m. or Monday, 6:00- 7:30 a.m.  Break-down is Monday, 3:30- 6:00 p.m.  The hotel will ship your exhibit back to you if you have mailing labels on your containers. You may leave containers in the State of Maine Hall.

Remember to bring your own extension cords and surge protectors. The hotel has free wireless Internet. 

There are opportunities to set up a special product demonstration session on Monday, 4:30- 5:30 p.m. for an extra charge of $200 plus A/V rental charges. Let Deb Clark know if you are interested.

 For those who plan to attend the Welcome Reception at the Owl’s Head Transportation Museum Sunday night, the reception will begin at 6:00 p.m. and there is no charge.  Monday breakfast and lunch are free for exhibitors.

 If you would like to join us for Monday Dinner, the cost is $50.00. The meal choices are salmon, sirloin, and portabello mushroom. If you did not pay for Monday dinner with your application, contact Deb Clark (below) to arrange this.

All exhibitors should check in at the NAHSL Registration table upon arrival for their exhibitor packet. There will be signs on the tables in the State of Maine Hall indicating exhibitor assignments.

Finally, remember this is Maine. Late October can get quite cold so dress warmly.
