Hotel Reservations & Information
The NAHSL 2007 hotel conference site is the lovely
Woodstock Inn, in Woodstock, Vermont.
You may make your reservations for NAHSL-07 lodging now!
*** Hotel Update: Rooms for Saturday night and Monday night are fully booked at the
Woodstock Inn. There are still rooms available for Sunday
night. If you desire reservations for Saturday night, please consider
booking at The Shire Riverview Motel (see "The Shire"
link for
details)***
Instructions for making reservations at the Woodstock Inn:
IMPORTANT!!! Be certain to mention that
you are with the NAHSL Conference and provide the
reservation code - NA1027. You will NOT get
the reduced rate unless you have this code!
Please Note: When reserving by credit card, your card will be charged
the first night's charge immediately.

Note: One night's lodging deposit is required when making reservations.
You may reserve rooms in any of the following ways:
- Call the Woodstock Inn at 800-448-7900. Be certain to identify yourself as being a member of the NAHSL
October 2007 conference group and provide the registration code above.
- Download a copy the Inn reservation form and
FAX the completed form to: 802 457-6699.
The group discounted rate is $155 per night. Please note this is subject to a 9%State Tax and a 3.00/day maid gratuity. This group rate DOES include a round-trip porterage fee.
Children under 14 in same room with an adult stay free of charge.
Each additional adult over double occupancy is $30.00 per night additional charge.
Cancellations & Deadlines:
A 14-day notice is required for cancellations for Saturday night arrival, so cancel by 10/12 to be safe.
A 7-day notice is required for cancellations for Sunday or Monday night, so cancel by 10/20 to be safe. These same dates apply to requesting early arrivals and late checkouts!

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. Checkout time is 11:00 a.m.
Health & Fitness Center is located about 1.5 miles south of the Woodstock Inn. Free shuttle service is available by calling the front desk at X501. Please see the
website for hours of operation and services.

Wireless access is available throughout all public areas at the Inn, and in some
of the hotel rooms. High speed internet is available in rooms that do not yet
have wireless. There is no charge for any of these services.
The Shire Riverview
Motel - preferred alternative lodging. Please
see the Motel's website at
http://www.shiremotel.com The Shire Riverview is
located a short walk from the Inn, about 10-15 minutes.
There may be shuttle service available to and from the
Woodstock Inn in the event of inclement weather. The Shire
rooms are attractive and comfortable - request a room
overlooking the Ottoquechee River, on the upper or lower
level for a real nature experience. Several types of
rooms are available, ranging from singles, two doubles, two
queens, luxury single king rooms with fireplaces and some
with jacuzzi. Rates range from $128 for lower level doubles,
$148 for upper
level doubles, to $178 for luxury. Please mention that you
are with the NAHSL conference meeting at the Woodstock Inn.
NOTE: It's possible that a few rooms may open up at the
Woodstock as we get closer to the conference. However, if
you have booked at the Shire and then cancel your
reservation there in favor of the Woodstock Inn, ON OR AFTER
October 13, you will be charged a one night deposit by the
Shire. Please see below for a list of other lodging options.
